I’m Sarah. I am an experiential licensed therapist and Certified Adult Chair® Coach who supports adults and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism, burnout, and emptiness from years of minimizing their own needs as they lovingly care for others. I partner with my clients to help them embrace who they are and what they need with compassion and witness their already complete wholeness.
